IOWA FALLS-Charles Wheeler Clemmons III, 45, of Iowa Falls, died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 1996, at Ellsworth Municipal Hospital in Iowa Falls.  Funeral services were Nov. 30 at Bethel Baptist Church in Iowa Falls with interment at Eldora Community Cemetery with Rev. Steve Hill officiating.

Charles was born Dee: 13, 1950, in Iowa Falls to Charles and Gladys Clemmons. He graduated from Iowa Falls High School· and attended Ellsworth Community College and the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls majoring in, music. On May 4; 1985, he married Julie A. Sapp at Iowa Falls and worked at Riverside Book & Bible. For many years he was also a nurse's aide at Scenic Manor Nursing Home. Charles played piano for many years and wrote poetry. He loved history and literature. He was a deacon at the First Baptist Church and was involved with Boy Scouts .

Charles is survived by his wife, Julie. Preceding him in death were his parents .
