IOWA FALLS - Danny Marlyn Kelly, 46, of Iowa Falls, died Monday, January 12, 1998 at Marshalltown.  Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday at Linn Funeral Home in Iowa Falls with burial in Friends Cemetery, Iowa Falls.  Rev. Craig Robertson of First Christian Church will officiate.  Visitation will be from noon to 8:00 pm Wednesday evening at Linn's Funeral Home where the family will receive friends between 6-8 pm Wednesday evening.  Military honors will be provided by Hyman-Peavey American Legion Post #188 Iowa Falls.

Danny was born Feb 26 1951 at Hampton to Marlyn and Doris Moore Kelly.  He attended Iowa Falls Community Schools.  On May 3, 1980 he married Beth Clemons Eisentrager at the First Christian Church in Iowa Falls.  They were later divorced.  Danny served with the United States Army for two years receiving the Bronze Star, Air Medal, and Vietnam Campaign Medal.

Danny was last employed by Iowa Select farms of Iowa Falls as a truck driver. and had previously been employed by Umthum Trucking, Plastic Recycling, Prestressed Concrete, Cargill and the city of Iowa Falls.

Survivors include a special friend Janice Van Hauen of Reinbeck; his children Robbie Kelly, Amy Kelly, Scott Eisentrager and wife Tiffani, all of Iowa Falls, and David Eisentrager and wife Kami, his father, Marlyn Kelly and wife Sharon of Iowa Falls, his grandmother, Vernice (Mrs. Leonard) Kelly of Iowa Falls; three sisters, Becky Wiemer and husband Randy of Eagle Colo., Janna Biery and husband Murl of Iowa Falls, and Randy Kelly and wife Patty of Shelby Nebraska., Todd Kelly of Princeton, Mo and Dana Blankinship of Columbus, Neb.

He was preceded in death by his mother Doris, his grandparents, Leonard Kelly, Percy and Gunda Moore, Ray and Alice Rush.
