| Biographical Information:
I have worked in the medical field most of my adult life
as a nursing assistant. My last job in the medical field was in the Psychiatric
Ward at Ellsworth Hospital. I left there in 1994 after my second divorce
and have worked at Metalcraft Inc since then. At Metalcraft I laser
engrave serial plates and tags for identification and tracking purposes.
Our largest clients are John Deere and Caterpillar but we also service
numerous other companies both domestic and international. I really enjoy
my job and it pays the bills.
I have one son Chris that is currently serving in Iraq
with the Iowa National Guard. He has three sons-Johnathan 15 years,
Branden 7 years, and Brayden 3 years and one daughter Cayla 11 years. I
have one daughter Angie. She works for a cleaning service and she has two
sons Garret 10 years and Chase 6 years. Angie and her boys have been
living with me since I bought my house in 2004. It's nice to have someone
here when I come home from work. And Chris' kids live with their Mom in
Hampton so I see them often. They did live with me for two years while
their Dad was in Egypt and their Mom was in Mexico. My Mom is still living
although she has Alzheimer's and doesn't remember us. She is in a nursing
home in Hampton and we visit her weekly.
I enjoy playing the slot machines when I have the time
and the money and I am thrilled that a casino has opened in Northern Iowa
just a half hour drive from my house. I haven't been there yet but plan to
go there soon.
I spend most of my free time with my children and
grandchildren and working on my house. I really enjoy the High School
reunions and catching up with everyone and what is going on. I don't get
to IF much but enjoy seeing how it is changing and remembering the GOOD
OLD DAYS when I do get there.
